NOVALISfinance was incorporated in October 2007 under Swiss company law. Its' board members wholly own its capital. The company’s objectives are:

NOVALISfinance is licensed by FINMA and supervised by AOOS. It’s also a member of the Swiss Association of Wealth Managers SAM. .

Prior to joining Novalisfinance in 2007 as a co-founder, Vincent Perrier, born 1952, participated in the implementation of the Correspondent banking department of Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV), in Lausanne, which he ran from 1993 to 2006. He developed the network of correspondent banks, organised and managed the program of country and bank risks in association with the bank’s international business. Before joining BCV as branch manager in 1982, he worked with Credit Suisse in Lausanne and Zürich as credit manager. Vincent Perrier has a Master in Political Sciences of Lausanne University and is graduate of the Swiss Banking School (Swiss Financial Institute). A part of being chairman of Novalis finance, Vincent Perrier is in charge on the company’s financial management and all regulatory issues linked with its business. Since 2018, he acts as president of the Swiss Museum of games foundation.

Christian Bohner, born 1945, was the economic adviser of Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) in Lausanne from 1981 to 2003. In this function, he was responsible for the financial communication of the Bank, for economic analysis and forecasts, as well as for studies of the monetary, financial and banking environment. Before joining BCV, he worked from 1970 to 1981 as an economist at Swiss National Bank in Zurich and Bern. During this period, he was temporarily transferred to the Swiss Department of Foreign Affairs and spent 2 years at the Swiss OECD Delegation in Paris, following the economic and monetary committees of the Organization. Christian Bohner has a Master in Economics of Lausanne University. Since he retired in 2003, he acts as president or treasurer of several foundations and associations.

Prior to joining Novalisfinance in 2007 as a co-founder, Georgios Soulis was fund manager of AIG Mutual Fund in Athens-Greece from 1998-2008, where he was involved in the management of various global mutual and institutional funds. During his tenure at AIG Mutual fund Co., assets grew significantly – over EUR500mio at its peak. Georgios Soulis also headed institutional asset management division (Private Pension Schemes) and set on the Investment Management Board. He established four Mutual Funds customized to their financial/performance needs. Before joining AIG MF Co., Georgios Soulis spent 6 years as equity trader on OLYMPIC Securities SA brokerage firm in Athens-Greece and was also head of the Marketing division for institutional and private clients and set on the Investment Management Board as well. Prior to join OLYMPIC Securities, he was employed at PRUDENTIAL SA –an actuarial firm- from 1992-1996 as an advisor for actuarial studies for pension schemes. Georgios Soulis holds a Degree in Mechanical Engineering with major in Fluid Dynamics and a Master of Business Administration with major in Marketing. Georgios Soulis, as co-founder and CEO of Novalisfinance, holds various positions as advisor on investment committees for Pension Schemes, Employees’ Federations, Insurance Companies and Insurance Association. In addition, he is a member of the Advisory Committee of Hellenic Association of Insurance Companies for the implementation of Interim Measures for SOLVENCY II.

Prior to joining Novalisfinance, Stelios Stylianidis was senior executive at Prelium Investment Services for 3 years and Head of Private Clients Portfolio Management / Head of Sales at Attica Wealth Management for 9 years, before that. He is a member of a number of Investment Committees of Institutional Investors and Occupational Pension Funds and has been a member of the EU Working Group for the Occupational Pension Funds and the Ministry of Labour for the Reform of the Supplementary Pension Scheme. He has 20 years of experience in the financial sector and he is a lecturer in certification seminars for business executives. He studied Financial and Banking Management at the University of Piraeus, received his MSc in Finance and is a Certified Investment Manager & Analyst by the Capital Market Commission.

Prior to joining Novalisfinance,, Elisavet has an experience of 20 years at the Public Power Corporation-Greece, beginning as an Assistant to the General Manager of Mines, ensuring streamlined operations before transitioning to Project Manager roles. She spearheaded environmental studies and successfully managed European projects, showcasing adeptness in both administrative and project leadership capacities. Additionally, her tenure at a Swiss fiduciary broadened her expertise. Her academic journey encompasses an MSc in Mining Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, an MEng in Hydrogeology from Delft, Holland, and a CAS in Renewable Energies from HEIG-VD, Switzerland
